Deny access to gopher lawn – Homesite hill?
My House is built on a hill, and our lawn extends to upper edge of the hill. Although gopher gopher trap and kill after the invasion continues – and since the slope is probably still forests. Does anyone have any ideas for gardens or methods to keep out the gophers? It would be a retaining wall built on the slope to a certain depth deter incursions? I tried repellents, noisemakers and spraying the Property with natural oils that are supposed to "sour" worms and vegetation to feed the squirrels to repel and cause their removal, but nothing has worked so far. Now I think in Terms of denying them physical access – say, with a retaining wall of concrete built on the slope Down. Someone has the answer for me? Thank you!
