What is the difference between categories of rooms with balcony cabins?
I booked the cheapest cabin on a ship balcony Royal Caribbean. (Category E2) are updated E1, D3, D2, D1 (D1 is the most expensive.) Will I have an obstructed View? Should I upgrade? I do not understand why my room was cheaper than others.
You can find out if Your car has an obstructed view by going to the Royal Caribbean cruise site and click on cleavage planes, and then click on the ship, then select the cruise ship that goes on. Then click on the link to the page showing the cover designs. You will see on the left side of the page with a caption indicating that the car is disabled, or 3 persons, or is linked to the next cabin. While some cabins have a obstructed view is displayed on the deck plan. So find your cabin on the deck plan to see if there are obstructions. The difference between cabins with balconies are the size and location. Senior cabinets are generally on a higher floor and a better location and will be slightly larger in square, eg 20 to 30 feet. And that difference may mean that the cabin has a Full sofa instead of a love seat or has One quarter of a footbath that is larger. And you will notice the difference because it will be easier to move things in the cabin. Site RC meters square cabins are listed on the deck plan. I have been on many RC cruises and generally choose the best Price for a balcony cabin also high as you can get the price. In our last RC cruise last month did not upgrade to more animals cat balcony and noticed difference. But it's something I do all cruises. If still interested can contact your travel agent or RC in the number of their website (you'll need a reservation # for help) and ask if there is a blockage and if you are interested request an exchange Office, I done that.
